Who we are

LabelCam App is a product of Prime Package Plus LLC, located at 2014 N. Saginaw Rd., Midland, MI 48640. We can be reached at support@labelcamapp.com.

What data we collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate LabelCam:

• Purchase information — your name, email address, and payment details when you buy a license. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number.
• License key data — your email address and the machine ID your license is activated on, so we can validate and manage your license.
• Email address — used to deliver your license key and send renewal reminders.

What we do NOT collect

LabelCam App does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Images or photos captured by your webcam
• Label data or shipping information from labels you scan
• Customer information from your store
• Usage analytics or behavioral data

All webcam captures stay on your local machine. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.

License validation

When LabelCam opens, it checks our server to confirm your license is active. This check sends only your license key — no other data. If your license has been deactivated (e.g. following a refund), the app will stop working.

Cookies

Our website (LabelCamApp.com) may use basic cookies for analytics to understand how many people visit our site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to third parties.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

• Stripe — to process your payment securely
• Law enforcement — if required by law

Data retention

We retain your email and license data for as long as your license is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@labelcamapp.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify active license holders by email if significant changes are made.
